These terms apply to your use of safebuy.ge, operated by SafeBuy Georgia ("SafeBuy", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. The SafeBuy mobile app has its own terms shown in the app.

What SafeBuy is

SafeBuy is an information and verification platform for Georgian real estate. We publish property listings, check them against public records, and connect buyers with partner agents. SafeBuy is not a party to any property transaction, does not act as your broker, lawyer, or agent, and does not handle purchase funds.

Verification and its limits

A listing carries a registry badge only where we have matched it to a parcel in the records of the National Agency of Public Registry (NAPR), and the badge states what that match established. "Title verified" means the property's own parcel. "Master parcel verified" means an undivided parcel being sold off in plots, where the individual plot is not separately titled. "Registry verified" means an off-plan project, where the parcel belongs to the developer and no unit title exists yet. Each badge is limited to the scope its wording names and asserts nothing beyond it. A listing with no badge has not been matched to a parcel and we make no registry claim about it. Public records can change after our check, and registry data can contain errors we cannot control. Verification is a research aid, not a guarantee of title, condition, value, or the outcome of any transaction. Always confirm the current registry record and obtain independent legal advice before paying money to anyone.

No investment, legal, or tax advice

Content on this site, including guides, market figures, yield estimates, and tax summaries, is general information. It is not investment, legal, or tax advice, and it may become outdated as rules change. Decisions you make based on it are your own responsibility.

Listings and third parties

Property details originate from sellers, developers, and partner agents. The site does not put you in direct contact with them: when you request a callback, SafeBuy contacts you, and any dealings you then enter into with a seller, developer or agent are your own. Prices, availability, and projected returns can change without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to access non-public systems, no submitting false enquiries, and no use of the content to mislead others.

Intellectual property

The SafeBuy name, logo, site design, and original content belong to SafeBuy Georgia. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link; wholesale reproduction requires our written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeBuy is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content, from dealings with agents, sellers, or developers, or from inaccuracies in third-party or public-registry data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
