This policy explains how SafeBuy Georgia ("SafeBuy", "we") handles personal data on safebuy.ge. For questions or requests about your data, write to info@safebuy.ge.

What we collect

Contact and lead details. When you request a callback or contact an agent about a listing, we store the details you provide (such as your name and phone number) together with the listing you asked about, so the agent can respond.
Usage analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate location derived from IP). Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the consent banner.
App link clicks. When you follow a link from the site to the App Store or Google Play, we log the click with technical details (device platform, browser user agent, referring page, and campaign tags) to measure which pages lead people to the app.
AI assistant conversations. Messages you exchange with SafeBuy AI, our website chat assistant, are stored so we can review answer quality and follow up on requests you chose to send. Do not share sensitive personal data in the chat; contact details are only asked for when you request a callback.

Cookies and consent

Analytics and advertising signals default to denied until you accept them. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage key sb_consent) so we do not ask on every visit. You can clear your browser storage at any time to withdraw consent.

Where data is stored

Our systems run on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure in the European Union (europe-west1). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Who we share data with

Lead details are shared with the listing agent you chose to contact. Analytics data is processed by Google on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Lead records are kept while they are relevant to an active enquiry and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing info@safebuy.ge. We respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Georgian and EU data protection rules.

The mobile app

The SafeBuy mobile app has additional features (accounts, saved searches, notifications) with their own data handling, described in the privacy notice shown in the app and on its store listings.
