We measure the Georgian apartment market every month and publish the result under a Creative Commons licence. If it is useful to your readers, take it. One line of HTML, no API key, no signup, no tracking script on your page.
Currently showing September 2026, from 754 sampled listings. The widget updates itself when we publish a new month, so you paste it once.

title="Georgia property price index by SafeBuy"></iframe>That is the whole integration. It renders as a plain HTML document with no JavaScript, so it will not slow your page down, and it follows your reader's dark mode automatically.
Swap the query string for a different cut. Everything else stays the same.
Median asking price per m², by district.
/embed/price-index?city=tbilisi&view=pricesSame, for the coast.
/embed/price-index?city=batumi&view=pricesGross rental yield, ranked.
/embed/price-index?city=tbilisi&view=yieldsTop districts across Tbilisi and Batumi.
/embed/price-index?city=all&view=pricesThe index is published under CC BY 4.0. You are free to use it commercially, including on a competing site. The widget carries its own attribution line, so embedding it satisfies the licence without you doing anything further.
Quoting the numbers in an article instead of embedding is also fine, and in that case the attribution is on you: credit the SafeBuy Georgia Property Price Index and link to the index page. Raw CSV and JSON are there too if you would rather chart it yourself.
Every month we take the median asking price per square meter for each district from a sample of live listings, and pair it with gross rental yield. It is asking-price data, not registered sale prices, and we say so on the index page along with the sample size per district. Districts below the reliability threshold are not published rather than published thin. If you are going to put our number in front of your readers, you should know exactly what it is.
